Cancellation / Re-scheduling / Fulfillment Policy

We’re certainly here to help. Our primary objective is to help sick and suffering people get well. That is our focus. With that said, because we set aside a full 60 minutes in our busy schedule for our consultations, any cancellations and/or re-scheduling means that it’s likely we lose that 1 hour that could have gone to someone else. As a result the following applies.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are offered for the $97 consultation fee if the consultation is cancelled within the first 72 hours from the time it is purchased.
 
Reschedule Policy
Due to the limited availability of our 1 hour scheduling time slots, a person may reschedule one time without penalty. After that, a $50 re-scheduling fee will be applied.
 
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
 
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
 
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
 
USPS First Class mail is also one of our delivery methods and takes about one week upon shipment.
 
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim can be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. We will be happy to replace if any damages do occur.
 
If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will reach out for a new shipping address and we will resend a new one.
